I’m Candace Wagner, the owner of Candace Wagner Cleaning in Dillsburg PA, In order for prospective clients to get to know us a little better, I want to tell you the “why” of what we do and not just the “what”.

Here is my WHY:

First of all, I have always loved cleaning. I love that we are able to free up your time so you can do what is most important to you. I am humbled that so many people trust their clean homes to us!

I am most proud that I am able to provide a career that pays a wage to our team members that enables them to take care of themselves and their families comfortably. This is especially important since a large number of our team is single moms. Having a workplace where our employees feel valued is important.

Another benefit to compensating our team well is that they are as committed as I am to providing excellent service!

We have many happy long term clients and many great reviews from one time cleans as well. Our company is GROWING and we are excited about the future of CWC!
