Professional Maintenance Cleaning Checklist
Kitchen
Touch up cupboard doors
Clean and disinfect kitchen sink
Clean microwave inside and out, including turntable and vent above microwave.
Clean stove drip pans, burner grates, stovetop, and control knobs
Clean, dry, and shine all appliance surfaces including dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and all small appliances
Polish all stainless steel surfaces (including range hood)
Clean countertop and backsplash
Dust all corners and baseboard to remove cobwebs
Dust light fixtures and ceiling fans
Dust window ledges and porch doors – Touch up glass as needed
Dust/wipe all furniture*
Vacuum or shake out all mats, and vacuum/mop underneath
Vacuum all floors
Mop floors
Bathrooms
Wipe cabinet fronts and countertops
Dust all surfaces, including light fixtures and decor
Clean and disinfect shower, wipe shower rod and lip above shower, clean bathtub
Clean all sinks, mirrors, sink tops and counters
Clean and disinfect toilet bowl, seat, lid, tank, flush handle, base and water supply hose
Clean all mirrors, chrome, and tile
Dust all corners to remove cobwebs and wipe all baseboards

Dust glass picture frames, wall décor, mirrors and TVS
Clean all mirrors if needed

General Living Areas (Living Room, Family Room, Den, Hallways, Staircases)

Dust/wipe furniture*
Dust blinds and interior window sills (Touch up glass as needed)
Dust all corners and baseboards to remove cobwebs
Dust light fixtures and ceiling fans
Vacuum floors (Mop if hard surface)
Dust/vacuum stairs and dust handrails
*Wood surfaces can be polished with furniture polish on any visit for an upcharge of $10.00
PLEASE NOTE: Surfaces with excessive clutter will be dusted/cleaned around existing items as we will not remove all items from such surfaces.
Deep Cleaning Checklist
ALL ITEMS ON THE PROFESSIONAL MAINTENANCE CLEANING CHECKLIST PLUS:
Dust and wipe all vents*
Vacuum all upholstered furniture
Remove cushions from all couches and chairs and vacuum underneath
Thoroughly dust both sides of all blinds (wipe as needed)
Clean all window sills and ledges
Thoroughly clean all ceiling fans
Thoroughly clean and wipe inside and outside of all light fixtures*
Wipe down all doors and doorframes (including top)
Clean and disinfect all door handles and light switches
Dust walls and wipe down any visible spots
Dust and wipe down all baseboards
Thoroughly clean all cabinet doors
Showers/shower doors – mold, soap scum and mineral buildup removed as able
OPTIONAL ITEMS (Additional fee will apply)
Clean inside of oven
Remove all items and clean interior of refrigerator
*Based on insurance restrictions, we cannot clean fixtures that require higher than a 2 stepstepstool to reach.
Move In/Move Out Cleaning Checklist
(Quote is based on house being empty at the time of cleaning)
ALL ITEMS ON THE PROFESSIONAL MAINTENANCE CLEANING CHECKLIST PLUS:
Thoroughly dust all blinds (Wipe as needed)
Clean all window sills and ledges* (Any windows over 6 feet high will have
the sills dusted from ground level with extender duster)
Thoroughly clean all ceiling fans (wipe if needed and can be reached with a 2 step stool)
Thoroughly clean inside and outside of all light fixtures (certain
fixture styles not included and will be itemized on job quote)
Wipe down all doors, doorframes and the top of all doors
Dust walls and wipe down any visible spots
Dust and wipe down all baseboards
Thoroughly clean all closets including shelving, lighting, corners and floors
Clean and disinfect all door handles and light switches
Clean inside of all kitchen cabinets and drawers
Thoroughly clean all cabinet doors
Clean inside of oven (additional charge)
Clean interior of refrigerator and freezer (additional charge)
*Cleaning the inside of windows is not included in the price, but will be charged extra perwindow (inside only)
