Kitchen

∘ Touch up cupboard doors
∘ Clean and disinfect kitchen sink
∘ Clean microwave inside and out, including turntable
∘ Clean stove drip pans, burner grates, stovetop, and control knobs
∘ Clean, dry, and shine all appliance surfaces including dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and all small appliances
∘ Clean countertop and backsplash
∘ Dust all corners and baseboard to remove cobwebs
∘ Dust light fixtures and ceiling fans
∘ Dust window ledges and porch doors – touch up glass as needed
∘ Dust/wipe all furniture
∘ Vacuum all mats and floors
∘ Mop floors

Bathrooms

∘ Wipe cabinet fronts and countertops
∘ Dust all surfaces, including light fixtures and decor
∘ Clean and disinfect shower, bathtub, and sinks (inside and out)
∘ Clean and disinfect toilet bowl, seat, lid, tank, flush handle, and base
∘ Clean and shine all mirrors, chrome, and tile
∘ Dust all corners and baseboard to remove cobwebs
∘ Vacuum rugs and floor
∘ Mop floors

Bedrooms

∘ Dust glass picture frames, wall décor and TVS
∘ Clean all mirrors
∘ Dust all corners and baseboard to remove cobwebs
∘ Dust light fixtures and ceiling fans
∘ Dust/polish furniture (including bed headboard)
∘ Dust blinds and interior window sills (touch up glass as needed)
∘ Vacuum floors (mop if hard surface)

Entry Way/Foyer

∘ Dust all tables, furniture and wall decor
∘ Dust light fixtures and ceiling fans
∘ Clean interior door handle, door glass, entry glass
∘ Dust all corners and baseboard to remove cobwebs
∘ Vacuum floors (mop if hard surface)

General Living Areas (Living Room, Family Room, Den, Hallways, Staircases)

∘ Dust all surfaces
∘ Dust glass picture frames and clean mirrors
∘ Dust/polish furniture
∘ Dust blinds and interior window sills (touch up glass as needed)
∘ Dust all corners and baseboard to remove cobwebs
∘ Dust light fixtures and ceiling fans
∘ Vacuum floors (mop if hard surface)
∘ Dust/vacuum stairs and dust handrails

Includes everything on the above Residential Cleaning Checklist and:

∘ Thoroughly dust all blinds (wipe as needed)
∘ Clean inside of all windows including sills and ledges (any windows over 6 feet high will have the sills dusted from ground level with extender duster)
∘ Thoroughly clean all ceiling fans
∘ Thoroughly clean inside and outside of all light fixtures (certain fixture styles not included and will be itemized on job quote)
∘ Wipe down all doors and doorframes (including top)
∘ Dust walls and wipe down any visible spots (NO flat paint wiping)
∘ Dust and wipe down all baseboards
∘ Thoroughly clean all closets including shelving, lighting, corners and floors
∘ Clean and disinfect all door handles and light switches
∘ **Clean inside of oven
∘** Clean interior of refrigerator and freezer
∘ Clean inside of all kitchen cabinets and thoroughly clean all cabinet doors

The client provides the priority areas that can be repeated on each visit, or adjusted based on the current greatest needs. The client is able to set the priorities based on what the cleaner can accomplish in a 2-hour timeframe.
