If your home hasn’t had a professional cleaning in 6+ months, we typically recommend a deep clean to prepare for ongoing maintenance.
How often should I schedule cleaning?
Every lifestyle is different. We’ll help assess your needs during your in-home visit.
Will the same person clean my home each time?
We make every effort to send the same technicians to weekly and bi-weekly cleans
Will my home get cleaned at the same time each visit?
Day of week is consistent; time of day may vary. Monthly clients are scheduled within 2-3 days of their 4-week interval.
Do you provide the cleaning supplies?
Yes, our technicians bring all materials and supplies needed.
How many people will clean my home?
Typically one cleaner; teams will be used if needed based on home size or schedule.
I just had my house cleaned but I did the "paper towel test" on my floor and it doesn't appear to have been cleaned?
The left paper towel is before mopping at all. The middle paper towel is after mopping once. The third is after mopping twice. In order to pass the paper towel test; You can’t wear shoes in your home. You can’t have indoor and outdoor pets. You mustn’t go outside bare foot. Lots of things. Even after four mops you can almost pass a paper towel test. Almost. We are happy to mop as many times as you like, but pricing will go up.
What’s your cancellation policy?
- 48–24 hours’ notice = $40 fee
- Less than 24 hours (day before) = 50% of cleaning fee due
- Day-of cancellation = Full fee due
- No further cleanings scheduled until balance is paid.
